Arrowhead offers an array of component profiles to meet the needs of different regional markets. We offer both Basswood and Poplar,
either fingerjoint or solid. Stringent quality control measures are implemented to insure that each piece is perfectly uniform in
size, shape, and texture. The use of advanced moulders, precision-profile sanders, and state of the art U.V. priming application equipment;
allows us to completely sand and prime each component separately, for an unparalleled smooth finish.
We sell 100% American grown Basswood
components available in multiple grades: Stain grade, UV Primed and Mould only, not sanded.
Our Poplar is also American grown and is fingerjoint employing an American Butt Joint, primed and ready for painting. Each component
has been meticulously engineered and built for strength, durability and beauty.
The Arrowhead mill also has the ability to offer
customized sizes and dimensions, using your cad drawings and a sample.
Both
tapered and
flat louver profiles are offered in in solid stock stain grade basswood, unfinished, or in primed Poplar,
fingerjoint, paint ready.
